Rebecca Essary, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. She has over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in community mental health and the public-school setting.
Rebecca has a passion for working with those struggling with self-esteem, life-transitions, and relationship or family issues. She also enjoys assisting young people work through anxiety, depression, and stress-management. Additionally, Rebecca has experience working with families to enhance communication and relationship building.
Rebecca believes that the greatest outcomes in therapy are a direct result of the relationship between the therapist and the client. She strives to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered. Everyone coming to therapy is seeking something different, therefore her therapeutic approach is individualized to meet your needs. Her focus is to shed light on your strengths and support you on this journey to discovering that you are capable, worthy, and in control of your life.
